Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
